ABOUT THE FOUNDER
My name is Albertine Scray and I am the founder of Mumzy Children Relief Foundation. I am a married mother who raised 7 children & many of my siblings. I am passionate about bringing relief to all children in need.
ABOUT MY MISSION:
Millions of children around the world live in poverty without the basic necessities that so many take for granted. My mission is to seek out the world’s most desperate & destitute children (or people) and help them fight hunger, prevent malnutrition, get an education, better shelter/clothes and improve their lives.
My commitment is to bring them HOPE and to make a big impact in their lives.
– To help underprivileged children have a successful future by volunteering my time, efforts & resources to children.
– To raise money for my charity.
– To become a personal advocate for children in need throughout the world, especially in USA (Illinois) and in Africa (Cameroon) No effort is too small or too large to make a difference in the life of a child.
Starvation, malnutrition and illiteracy can and should become a thing of the past. There shouldn’t be poor & destitute children anywhere in this world! There shouldn’t be such a thing!! In Africa, hunger is constant & chronic. I mostly help in Cameroon, to villages where children need emergency food assistance and primary care to survive. The Lack of clean water and sanitation are causing as much problems as starvation does. My priority is to reach children who are severely malnourished and are more susceptible to diseases such as measles, malaria and cholera.
Worldwide, there are 400 million children living in extreme poverty. If you donate even just a small amount every month, you can help some of them or at least one child pay for food, clothes, school, medicine or shelter. Please donate.
I am asking you to make a difference, with a “hand-up, not a handout”
